Lisa Kelly is the Training Development Team Lead for Canadian Business SenseAbility
Lisa has spent a large portion of her career engaging the business, governmental and not-for-profit sectors in the design and delivery of learning programs. She has developed programs to train corporate executives, youth and educators; provided training to newcomers, educating them about life and work in Canada; and workshops for job seekers on employment skills and the labour market. Most recently, she has worked in the field of employment and disability, facilitating and training individuals to successfully transition back into the work force after injury, in positions with the Ontario Disability Network Canada and Rehabilitation Network Canada.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, a Career and Work Counsellor Diploma from George Brown College and a Registered Rehabilitation Professional Certification from VRA Canada. She is a certified Life Skills Coach.
