Dawn Nikita works as a Senior Talent Advisor for Softchoice. She is passionate about diversity, accessibility, and talent acquisition. Dawn believes that there is special place for everyone in this world and the fight for inclusive rights is something that gets her passion stirring. She approaches her work with the notion – ALL OF US BELONG HERE – and we have multitude of opportunities in the day to engage, encourage, listen to, and learn from someone who is different from ourselves.

Dawn has played an instrumental role in the recruitment and hiring process acting as a voice for team members with disability accommodation needs across Softchoice.

Dawn often invests free time in offering resume workshops and mentorship to those struggling to get into the workforce.
