Aaron Inocencio has a detail-oriented mind and uses a systematic, organized approach to any design project. While managing a disability, he has been involved in college activities that evolve, promote, and stimulate leadership and soft skills such as networking and public speaking.
In 2019 Aaron, who is neurodiverse, participated in a six-week work-integrated learning internship for students with disabilities where he worked at Level5 Strategy Group. One of the things that immediately stood out was his conscientious focus on his tasks. “I like to talk my ideas through,” Aaron explains, when asked about his approach. “Sometimes I even talk out loud at my desk while I figure things out.” Aaron has worked out what accommodations he needs, and it’s allowed him to thrive. He works a bit differently than his colleagues in his workstation set-up and his abilities – innovative thinking combined with creativity and a unique way of viewing the world have resulted in a full-time position at Level5.
